Safety Files (Project Specific & Master)

We assist with Site Specific Safety Files as per the OHS Act and Regulations in conjunction with the client's SHE Specifications.

Medicals (Mobile Medical Surveillance)

We provide medical surveillance or commonly known as medicals for companies to determine physical and psychological fitness as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. Medicals are signed off by our Occupational Health Practitioner. Medicals are performed onsite through our mobile medical screening units for convenience and minimal disruption to your operations.

Medicals Include the Following:

• Audiometry (Hearing) Test
• Pulmonary (Lung Function) Test
• Vision Screening & Colour Deficiency Test
• High/Low Blood Pressure Test
• Blood Glucose Test
• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Physical & Psychological Medical
• Examination/Interview

Additional Tests on Request:

• Illegal substance (5 in 1 Drug test)
• Urine Test
• Chest X-Ray with radiologist report

SHE Audits (Informative / Comprehensive)

We conduct Legal Compliance Audits (GAP Analysis – Informative / Comprehensive) with detailed feedback reports to guide you towards corrective actions and compliance control.

Outsourcing Of Safety Officer(s)

Placement of qualified safety officer/s on-site to ensure client SHE specifications and legal compliance.

OHS Training

All training is fully accredited with the relevant Sector Education Training Authorities (SETA's) to ensure legal compliance.

SHE Management System Implementation

We assist with the development and implementation of a 100% ILO and OHSAS 18001 aligned Occupational Health and Safety Management System. This will equip any organization in the effective establishment and measurement of legal compliance.

OHS Incident Investigation & Reporting

We can effectively assist you with any occupational incident investigation, regarding and reporting as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations. We also assist in in all COID related queries.

SHE Formal Documentation

Supplying of client and/or site-specific OHS Policies & Procedures, Checklists & Registers, Appointment Letters, Report Forms, SWP's, etc.

Emergency Plans

Client and site-specific evacuation floor plans for effective and safe emergency evacuation purposes. We also simulate and perform ad-hock evacuation drills as part of this service.
